Music Videos - This section shows some techniques that can be used to create a music video with the songs that you have worked so hard to create.

Lovers Again - This music video was created by a few 15 year old boys and a simple DV camera. The song was created at Foundation Studios about a year and half ago. The video was created by playing the already finished song over a stereo during filming. The artists simply lip-sync'd along with the music. When each scene was completed, the clips were imported into Final Cut Express and sync'd up with the original full quality mix (imported into FCE). Multiple clips for a scene were placed in one sequence and edited together providing multiple views of the same location. Once a scene was edited it was copied and pasted into a master sequence. The master sequence was adjusted to cut between different scenes as different performers sang during the song. Additional static sequences (involving no lip syncing) were added in the gaps to help tell the story of the music video. Some credits were placed over some outtakes and the video was uploaded to youtube. This process can be followed by anyone to make their recordings into creative music videos.
